London to Vegas – $276 Round Trip

British Airways has officially launched new daily non-stop flights from London’s Heathrow to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. Offering introductory flights at a deeply discounted $276 round-trip economy fare, there’s never been a better time for UK citizens to visit Las Vegas. Tickets must be purchased by Thursday, and this price is only valid between November 2nd and December 20, and December 24th to March 28th.
While the inaugural flight was more than an hour late to it’s own kick-off party, future daily nonstop flights are unlikely to face the same delays. British Aairways’ Las Vegas flights will be arriving at McCarran at 7:25pm daily, after departing Heathrow at 3:35pm. The Boeing 777 jets carry 272 passenges, with 36 Club World seats (business class), 24 World Traveler Plus seats (premium economy), and 212 World Traveler seats (economy class). Return flights from Las Vegas will leave McCarran daily at 9:20pm, arriving at Heathrow by 2:05pm the next day, London time.
The British Airways flights will compete with Virgin Atlantic Airways own daily nonstop flight, which has flown to McCarran from London’s Gatwick International airport since 2006. British Airways has the advantage of leaving from Heathrow, which may be the world’s busiest airport for international travel, but is also more conveniently located closer to central London than Gatwick.
